Raw peanuts are sourced locally in eastern North Carolina, blanched in water, perfectly fried in peanut oil and deftly salted while still hot; the resulting nuts are pure perfection. Crunchy, salty, and deeply flavorful, they are an ideal party snack, and are wonderful alongside a glass of vermouth or an ice-cold beer.
