Grown using biodynamic & organic methods by a single-estate cardamom farm that emphasizes workers' rights, sustainability and fair business practices. This ground cardamom is from whole pods, ground into a coarse powder. It's great for adding flavor to stews, rice, and other savory dishes, but for baked goods you may need to grind it finer for better texture.
