Native Ecuadorian Sebastian Cisneros arrived in Oregon as a teenage exchange student. Lucky for us, he stuck around, founding Cloudforest in 2018. This dark chocolate bar, a collaboration with Portland-based cult perfumer Olo Fragrance, was born out of the two companies’ shared joy for ‘abstract olfactory and gustatory composition.’ It’s laced with warming cardamom and aromatic bergamot, two of our favorite things, and is especially nice alongside a hot mug of chai.
