Produced at the famous namesake restaurant Northern Spain, the daily catch is expertly grilled over mixed hardwoods by a tiny team of chefs. A deceptively simple preparation of grilled albacore and extra virgin olive oil augmented by the umami notes of local nori, their Tuna Pâté is a nice introduction to the world of ‘seacuterie.’
