It's no surprise that the iconoclastic Japanese craft brewery Hitachino would come up with such a beguiling non-alcoholic option. Malty and faintly tea-like, with subtle additions of yuzu and ginger and nice floral aromatics, their Non-Ale is quite a few cuts above most of the competition.
