Developed by a Nottingham grocer in 1895 and named for the British House of Parliament, HP Sauce is savory, tangy and a little sweet. Deeply spiced and full of flavor, this British classic is a natural accompaniment to potatoes, hearty stews, Welsh rarebit, and full English breakfasts. It also does nicely in sauces and as a marinade, and we like to mix ours with mayo for an Anglo take on classic burger sauce.
