
For over 100 years, Ines Rosales ‘Tortas de Aciete’ have been made in Seville, Spain according to an old family recipe. Free of preservatives or artificial ingredients of any kind, they are still baked in small batches before being individually hand-wrapped in waxed paper. Perfect as an afternoon snack with coffee or tea, the Original Tortas are subtly flavored with anise and sesame, and straddle a sweet/savory flavor profile similar to an old-fashioned pie crust cookie.
