
After moving to LA in 2017, Mexican native Sofia Hernandez realized she missed the tastes of her home country, and set about perfecting her family's 90-year-old recipe for cajeta, a traditional goat's milk caramel. Made with simple ingredients - goat milk, cane sugar, agave syrup - her cajetas are rich, velvety, and deeply flavorful, perfect for spreading on everything from waffles to sliced apples.
