We love a regional chip! In the mid-1970s, pubs in & around Michigan began serving house-made tortilla chips as a way to satisfy their customers, who often came in hungry and thirsty after a long day at work. Forty-Five years later, the venerable Grand Rapids-based Koeze Co. introduces Zestos: their take on the original 1970’s pub-style chip, satisfyingly crunchy and perfectly seasoned with garlic, salt, and "spices." Ooh la la!
