Unique among aperitif wines, Cap Corse Blanc's exotic flavor profile is thanks to it's decidedly Corsican components: a base of local Vermentinu and Muscat blended with an ancient local citrus called Cedrat. Lovely with gin and soda as an elegantly easy highball, or simply over ice with a twist of lemon.
