
Woman-owned Renewal Mill is on a mission to create a new circular economy of food that closes the loop in today’s current supply chains, keeps valuable nutrition from going to waste, and reduces our impact on the environment. They do this by "upcycling" food waste products into nutritious, delicious, gluten-free baking products. Made from the leftover oat slurry from oat milk production, this high-fiber, high-protein flour can be used in any number of gluten-free baking recipes.
