
A study in contrasts from an amphitheater of 1000 year old terraced vineyards in southern Germany, this blend of organically and biodynamically farmed Lemberger, Trollinger, Regent, and Schwarzriesling is somehow both light and heavy. Medium bodied, its tangy, lifting minerality undergirds a heady combination of smokey, savory, and spicy notes. Perfect with saucy grilled chicken tacos, roasted pork, and other earthy and assertively flavored dishes. All vineyard work is done by hand, fermentations are naturally occurring, and the wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal S02.
