While always made with an eye towards Beaujolais, the 2021 Super Deluxe Pinot Noir is basically Semi-Carbonic Pinot that went to the ball masquerading as Gamay. Mineral, fruit-forward and a touch lush (even with a lower ABV), this is a wine that can play many roles, from a simple hang to a lavish dinner party.
