
Made in the US from domestically grown sesame seeds, Villa Jerada’s Tahini is roasted in small batches according to a family recipe. Silky smooth, its faintly bitter edge is tempered by a toasty sweetness. A key component in hummus and baba ganoush, we also use tahini in smoothies, on toast, in cookies, and to add depth to ground pork for Asian-inspired noodle dishes.
