We teamed up with Portland's Hot Mama Salsa to make a longtime dream come true: an olive oil-based chili oil! Working with Hot Mama's Nikki Guerrero, we settled on a combination of our own Novo Frantoio extra virgin olive oil, Oregon-grown Espelette chilies, a secret blend of spices, and just a touch of dried lemon peel for a pop of brightness. The final product is, um... is perfect too strong a word? All we can say is, we're definitely in love, and we've been drizzling the test batches on everything from biscuits and gravy to pizza to dumplings. We're positive you too will find endless uses for this spicy, earthy, dreamy, limited-edition condiment.
