We’re excited to announce the debut of Havsnø, the first commercial saltworks in Norway in over a century. Founded by native Portlander Michal Bietz Øverland, Havsnø is made with entirely renewable energy and packed in compostable packaging. To celebrate the North American debut of their Sea Salt Flakes, we’ve partnered with some of Portland’s best restaurants to host a party featuring salty bites from Lauretta Jean’s, Sebastiano’s, Mac Market, and Broder, with salty lemon spritzes from your’s truly.
