Developed nearly 200 years ago by a German doctor stationed in Venezuela but made in Trinidad & Tobago since 1875, Angostura Aromatic Bitters are known worldwide as a key ingredient in many cocktails: you simply cannot make a proper Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Pisco Sour, Champagne Cocktail or Pink Gin without these bitters (I even know a guy who stained his wooden bartop with them, and it’s beautiful).
