Our second collab with our British besties—Portland's very own Away Days Brewing—is a roasty, toasty lager that manages to be both "seasonally appropriate" for the damp winter months but also crisp and, dare we say, refreshing. Rain Czech strikes the perfect balance between complexity and drinkability with a layered malt bill that brings the richness characteristic of Czech lagers. You’ll find notes of toffee, dark fruits, and chocolate throughout, while a gentle hopping with traditional Saaz hops provides sturdy bitterness and a pleasant bit of floral spice.
